ACCREDITATION FAQ AND DISABLED ACCESS AUTHORIZATIONS

Federal Card Holders (A.I.A. – C.O.N.I. – F.I.G.C.): accreditation methods

The company communicates that requests for accreditation relating to A.I.A – C.O.N.I. cards – F.I.G.C. they must bear the indication Accredito Pisa-___________ in the subject and must be sent only and exclusively by email to the following address accompanied by a copy of the identity document and a copy of the card.

Any request sent in any other way (for example, by fax) will be considered automatically rejected. Attention! Only requests received after the publication of the press release relating to the opening of the accreditation procedure for each individual match will be accepted.

If the request has been accepted, after the closing of the booking period you will receive the access ticket in electronic format directly to the email address provided during the application.

If confirmation is not received, the request will be considered rejected due to incompleteness or places being filled. The so-called “Silence-Assent” rule will not be valid.

Communication Operators (Photographers – Journalists – Technicians): accreditation methods

The company communicates that requests for accreditation reserved for Communication Operators must bear in the subject the indication Accredito Stampa Pisa-___________ and must be sent only and exclusively by email to the following address: [email protected]

Any request sent in any other way (for example, by fax) will be considered automatically rejected. Attention! Only requests received after the publication of the press release relating to the opening of the accreditation procedure for each individual match will be accepted.

The applicant must explicitly indicate:
a) Complete personal data (name, surname, place and date of birth)
b) Card number of the Journalists’ Association (for journalists waiting for
registration to the Order requires a specific declaration from the
director responsible for the relevant newspaper who certifies the occurrence
application form).
c) Elenco Lega authorization number (for photographers)

Please remember that it is strictly forbidden for accredited journalists to record, transmit or in any case make available:
a) audio, visual or audiovisual contents of the match
b) any data, statistics and/or data relating to the match or players EXCEPT the publication of such statistics and/or data relating to the match or players which constitute a minor and ancillary part of the editorial content.

To dispel any doubt and without any limitation, journalists are prohibited from making available in any way any statistics and/or data regarding the match and the players to be used in relation to betting activities or real-time result services

Regarding photographers, these are the instructions to follow:
– Access to the pitch permitted only from -1.5 hours before kick-off
– Possibility of positioning oneself on the short sides behind the doors or on the long side opposite the benches (up to 16 metres)
– Prohibition to stop or pass on the side along benches.

Finally, we would like to remind you that all the rules included in the regulations for use of the Arena Garibaldi Stadium “Romeo Anconetani” also apply to communication operators, therefore colleagues are invited to review them in the appropriate area on the official portal.

Each request will be taken into consideration based on the availability of seats in the press gallery and on the basis of the current regulations (please read them).
The Press Office will communicate the acceptance of the requested accreditation and the relevant methods of access to the stadium. The so-called Silenzio Assenso will not be valid.

Disabled: accreditation methods

The Arena Garibaldi Stadium “Romeo Anconetani” usually has 15 places reserved for disabled people with a degree of disability equal to 100%, who are not ambulant: these positions are allocated free of charge to the applicants, together with their respective companions, according to a service reservation which will allow (until all available places are filled) easier entry.

Each request must bear the indication Accredito Disabili Pisa-___________ in the subject and must be sent only and exclusively via email to the following address: [email protected]

Any request sent in any other way (for example, by fax) will be considered automatically rejected. Attention! Only requests received after the publication of the press release relating to the opening of the accreditation procedure for each individual match and received within the 72 hours preceding the same will be accepted. Accreditation requests received after these deadlines will not be taken into consideration.

The applicant must attach to the email:
– The form downloadable below duly completed
– Disability certificate
– Copy of identity card
– Copy of the companion’s identity card

If confirmation is not received, the request will be considered rejected due to incompleteness or places being filled. PLEASE NOTE: THE SIMPLE REQUEST DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO ACCESS THE STADIUM – TO ACCESS YOU MUST SHOW THE TICKET.

Companion: You can indicate the name of a companion who enters together with the disabled person; The companion must be of age and must be able to take care of the disabled person in case of emergencies.

Attention! Disabled people using wheelchairs are informed that the places reserved for them are bound by the aforementioned free accreditation procedure. These posts, in fact, are specific for the circulation needs of wheelchairs within the Stadium, compliant with regulations for reasons of safety and accessibility and limited according to the regulations in force on entertainment venues, therefore the ordinary ticket does not guarantee entry. This communication also applies to any cases of temporary incapacity.

How to enter the stadium. With the access ticket received via email, disabled fans together with their companions will be able to access the stadium in the area reserved for them (LOWER STAND PARTERRE) through the CARRAIO access gate M.

Reduced fare tickets. Disabled people with a disability greater than or equal to 60% will be able to purchase a regular ticket at a reduced rate but will only be able to do so by going to the authorized sales points at the box office or at the Pisa Store, showing a suitable certificate certifying the degree of disability.
