The Serie A League has announced the complete bracket and match schedule for the Round of 32 of the 2026–2027 Coppa Italia Frecciarossa.
Pisa Sporting Club will kick off its season against Empoli at the Cetilar Arena; the match is scheduled for Monday, August 17, at 6:00 p.m. (live on Mediaset Channel 20).
As per the rules, the match will consist of a single game, with a penalty shootout if the score is tied at the end of ninety minutes; in fact, it has been decided that, up through the semifinals, penalty kicks will be taken immediately, bypassing extra time.
In the next round, scheduled for early September, the winner of the match between Pisa and Empoli will face the winner of the match between Fiorentina and the winner of the Benevento-Ravenna game.
In that part of the bracket, Napoli is the designated top seed.
