The Serie A League has released the complete bracket for the 2026–2027 Coppa Italia Primavera.
Pisa Sporting Club will kick off its campaign with an away match against Lecce in the Round of 32, scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2026. As per the rules, this will be a single-game match with a penalty shootout in the event of a tie at the end of ninety minutes; in fact, it has been decided that, up through the semifinals, penalty shootouts will be held immediately, bypassing extra time.
In the next round, scheduled for Wednesday, December 2, 2026, the winner of the match between Lecce and Pisa will face the winner of the match between Cagliari and Lecco. In that half of the bracket, Juventus is the designated top seed.
