Pisa Sporting Club announces that the player Mateus Lusuardi underwent surgery yesterday, Tuesday 4 August 2026, to reconstruct the cruciate ligament in his right knee. The operation, performed by Dr Elisabeth Abermann, was a complete success.
The footballer will begin his rehabilitation programme in the coming days.
