The Officine Garibaldi Auditorium hosted a workshop organized by Pisa Sporting Club and Adecco titled “Cross-Generation: Teamwork Across Generations.”
This annual event was once again well-received by guests and the audience in attendance, who actively engaged with a topic that is increasingly relevant in the world of work and, of course, in sports and soccer, where clubs have now become true multinational and multigenerational enterprises.
The workshop’s topics were addressed and explored in depth by the event’s distinguished speakers: Frida Scarpa (Councilor for Sports, City of Pisa), Antonella Magliocchi (Head of the UNIPI Career Service), Lidia Molinari (People Advisor Director at ADECCO), Daniele Freggia (COO of Pisa Sporting Club), and Antonio Caracciolo, who participated on behalf of the Nerazzurri first team, shifting the focus to soccer and “life” on and off the field.
