Official Statement (October 16, 2025)

Pisa Sporting Club is pleased to announce that it has formally appointed Ing. Ferrari S.p.A. as the general contractor for the Pisa Training Centre project.

This is a fundamental step in the process that will lead to the construction of the Nerazzurri club’s new sports centre, which will be located in Gagno, not far from the Cetilar Arena and the Leaning Tower, the city’s main sporting and historical landmarks.

Ing. Ferrari S.p.A., based in Modena, is a subsidiary of Ing. Ferrari Holding, a group of highly specialised companies that work together to provide technologically advanced solutions in a number of strategic sectors. The company stands out as a national leader in general contracting and facility management services supporting Italian industry.
CENTRALITY. The General Contractor will be responsible for managing the entire Pisa Training Centre project process, acting as the sole point of contact and coordination for all the professionals involved and supervising the operational, technical and administrative aspects of the entire construction site until completion of the works.

Once completed – estimated time frame 15 months – the Pisa Training Centre will become the Club’s headquarters and, for the first time in its more than 100-year history, Pisa Sporting Club will have a home where it can host all competitive activities and not only the First Team and the main youth teams.

The project will cover an area of 121,900 square metres, which will house the operational headquarters, guest quarters, a new Pisa Store, a refreshment area, spaces for the Academy and seven football pitches, one of which will meet the infrastructure requirements for hosting official matches, including stands with a capacity of over 1,500 seats.
