PISA SC PROFILE AND APP PROFILE<\/strong>The PISA SC Profile and the App Profile are two separate elements.The Pisa SC Profile identifies the user within the Pisa SC <\/strong>ecosystem and is also linked to the purchase, registration and management of securities. From the Home Page, the user can access their Pisa SC Profile via the Profile banner (\u2018My Pisa SC Profile\u2019). Within this section, they can:– View the data associated with the profile– Check the information entered– Edit the data– Complete or update any missing or incorrect informationAfter editing the Pisa SC Profile data, the user must return to the app, log out and log in again. Logging in again allows the App to re-read the updated information and re-verify the qualifications associated with the profile. If, after updating the details and logging in again, the qualifications are still not displayed, the user must contact Customer Services, providing all the details necessary for verification, including the email address and password used to access the App. <\/p>\n\nThe App Profile<\/strong><\/strong>, on the other hand, relates to information, preferences, consents and settings specific to the application. Within this section, the user can:– View the information stored in the app– Manage the consents they have given– Manage notifications– Delete their App Profile– View the Terms and Conditions– View the Privacy Policy– View and manage blocked users <\/p>\n\nTICKET AREA<\/strong>The area dedicated to tickets comprises two distinct functions:<\/p>\n\nManage tickets.<\/strong> Used to view and manage the user\u2019s titles online and to download them to their device; this feature always requires an internet connection.View tickets (Downloaded tickets)<\/strong>. Used to store downloaded tickets on your device and present them at the turnstiles to gain access to the stadium; tickets already downloaded using this feature remain available even when there is no internet connection. <\/p>\n\nThe \u2018Manage Tickets\u2019<\/strong> section displays the tickets correctly linked to the user\u2019s Pisa SC Profile. For tickets purchased online, the user must have used the same Pisa SC Profile credentials for the purchase as those used to log in to the app. If different credentials are used, the tickets cannot be displayed. If the profile details are incorrect or do not match those used for the purchase, the user can update them via the \u2018Profile\u2019 banner on the Home Page. After updating, the user must log out and log back into the app to allow the associated qualifications to be re-verified. If the qualifications still do not appear, the user must contact Customer Services, providing the details required for verification \u2013 including the email address or username associated with the account \u2013 without disclosing their password. <\/p>\n\nThe \u2018View Tickets\u2019<\/strong> section (Downloaded Tickets) contains tickets, including season tickets, previously downloaded from the \u2018Manage Tickets\u2019 section. This is the section used to present your ticket at the stadium turnstiles. It can be accessed from the Home Page, and tickets that have already been downloaded remain accessible even in the event of:– No internet connection– High system traffic– Temporary malfunctions of online servicesFor this reason, tickets must be downloaded before arriving at the stadium, whilst the \u2018Manage Tickets\u2019 section is available and your device has an internet connection. <\/p>\n\nUsers who have already purchased tickets online<\/strong>If the user has already purchased tickets online, they must log in to the app using the same Pisa SC profile used for the purchase.To ensure tickets are correctly linked and displayed, the personal details associated with the profile must match those of the purchase: – Email address– First name– Surname– Date of birth– Place of residenceIf the login details used, or the details associated with the Pisa SC Profile, do not match those of the purchase, the tickets will not be displayed in the App. The tickets must also be correctly added to the user\u2019s Membership in order to be displayed in the App. <\/p>\n\nUsers who have not yet purchased tickets<\/strong>If the user has not yet made any purchases, they can proceed as normal to register a new Pisa SC profile. For future purchases, they must use the same login details as the profile used in the app, so that the tickets remain linked to the same account. <\/p>\n\nPhysically purchased ticketsPhysically purchased tickets will only be displayed in the app if, during the purchase process, the user provided the details required for linking:– Email address– First name– Surname– Date of birth– Place of residenceThis information must match that of an existing Pisa SC Profile or a profile created subsequently via online registration or when logging into the app. You can also complete or update your details via the \u2018Profile\u2019 banner on the Home Page. Important<\/strong> Tickets purchased in person, even if they appear in the app, cannot be used via the app to gain entry to the stadium, as a printed ticket valid for entry already exists.<\/p>\n\nPermitted actions on tickets<\/strong>From the \u2018Manage Tickets\u2019 section, the user can carry out the actions made available by the TicketOne system. Depending on the ticket type, these actions include:– Transferring an individual ticket to the same user\u2019s membership cards– Transferring an individual ticket contained within a season ticket– Transferring an entire season ticket– Transferring a ticket \/ changing the name on a ticketFor each transaction, the user must enter all the information requested by the TicketOne system. Failure to provide even a single piece of mandatory information will prevent the transaction from being completed. <\/p>\n\nDownloading tickets<\/strong>To use a ticket available in \u2018Manage Tickets\u2019 via the app, the user must download it to their device using the \u2018Download\u2019 <\/strong>button on the individual ticket.Downloading makes the ticket available in the \u2018View Tickets\u2019 section (Downloaded Tickets)<\/strong> and ensures it is accessible even without an internet connection, in the event of high traffic or temporary disruptions to online services.<\/p>\n\nPOSTS AND INTERACTIONS SECTION<\/strong>The Posts section brings together all the content published on the app by users and the Club. Posts are displayed in chronological order. At the top of the screen, users can filter content by category:– All– Team– Fans– My PostsUsing the \u2018Post\u2019 button<\/strong> at the top of the screen, users can post text, photos or videos. Within this section, users can rate posts and view the ranking of posts with the most likes. They can also like each post and leave comments. Important<\/strong>. Published content must comply with the App\u2019s Terms and Conditions. If content does not comply with these, the system may prevent it from being published or shared; the content may be edited or removed from the App, and the user who published it may be banned. <\/p>\n\nVIDEO SECTION<\/strong>The Video section brings together all the videos uploaded to the app, displayed in chronological order. To start playback, the user must select the video and then press the \u2018Play\u2019 button. For each video, the user can like it, post comments and view comments from other users. <\/p>\n\nGAMIFICATION SECTION<\/strong>The Gamification section allows users to take part in the initiatives and polls organised by the Club.<\/p>\n\nQUIZZES, POLLS, MVP VOTING, PLAYER RATINGS<\/strong>The Club will run quizzes and polls <\/strong>throughout the season, exclusively for app users.For every official match, the Club will organise a vote to select the MVP<\/strong>.
