Pisa Sporting Club is pleased to announce that, effective today, Paolo Bianco is the new Head Coach of the first team.<\/p>\n\n
His coaching career began immediately after he retired as a player, culminating at Sassuolo with the club\u2019s historic first promotion to Serie A.<\/p>\n\n
After a brief stint in the Neroverde youth system, Paolo Bianco quickly made a name for himself in Serie C as an assistant coach for Siracusa and Sicula Leonzio. In 2019, he returned to Sassuolo, joining Roberto De Zerbi\u2019s coaching staff, whom he later followed to Shakhtar Donetsk. During the 2022\u201323 season, he moved to Juventus as part of Massimiliano Allegri\u2019s staff\u2014an experience that preceded his return to the bench as head coach of Modena in Serie B by one year. In February 2025, he joined Frosinone, where he helped secure a hard-fought survival in Serie B, and then moved to Monza the following year, leading the team to promotion to Serie A. <\/p>\n\n
